Dressage is a conversation between rider and horse, and our goal is to invite spectators, riders, trainers, owners, media companies, sponsors and event promoters to add their voices to the broader conversation of “Dressage As Spectator Sport.”
With your inclusion, Offield Farms will serve as a significant catalyst for the advancement and promotion of the sport of dressage in the United States. Many people and organizations have worked tirelessly for years to raise the profile of this wonderful sport, and now it’s our turn to help. We hope to add our voice to this chorus, and encourage others to do the same through our Feedback link featured below.
While events like the 2005 FEI World Cup Dressage Final will raise awareness of the sport and inspire new fans as well as aficionados, they are big, expensive undertakings. Sponsorship is the lifeblood of major sporting events. Without sponsors, there is no television coverage and without television coverage, there is no sponsorship.
We have created this portion of our web site as a platform for the sharing of ideas. Everyone with thoughts of how to develop projects, events, demonstrations, entertainment, media or educational opportunities designed to promote the sport of dressage in the United States (and ultimately to secure more television coverage), is encouraged to share their comments and suggestions.
